100% handmade Moroccan cactus silk rug, made by Berber artisans in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. These skilled artisans take over a week to wave one rug. A craft passed from generation to generation. Woven on straight wooden looms using hand-dyed yarns with intertwined colors and textures to give it a unique look.

This rug features traditional tribal symbols that are popular in the region where it was made. After weaving, the rug is then washed and sun-dried to achieve its unique, burnished character.

• Handwoven using traditional looms by a Moroccan cooperative of women,
• Condition: New rug, cleaned and inspected,
• Dimensions: 191 cm x 141 cm without the fringes,
• Care: We recommend dry cleaning, AVOID CONTACT WITH WATER, and do not spot clean.
• Recommendation: We recommend using a rubber mat under the rug to prevent it from slipping.
